The Tennessee Bureau of Investigations and the Athens Police Department arrested a man during an undercover human sex trafficking operation Thursday.Officials arrested 34 year old Edgar R. Gallegos for one count of trafficking for a commercial sex act in McMinn County.
The authorities say Gallegos exchanged money for sexual acts with an undercover officer posing as a 15 year old minor.
