TWO INDICTED ON NUMEROUS SEX CHARGES

Huntingdon, TN- The Tennessee Bureau of Investigation has arrested a man and a woman involved in an abusive sex operation after they were indicted by the Carroll County Grand Jury on numerous counts of Rape.
John Mark Burns, 48, 5694 Highway 104 West, Lavinia, TN was charged with 10 counts of Aggravated Statutory Rape, 5 counts of Rape, 4 counts of Aggravated Rape, 2 counts of Possession of a Controlled Substance with Intent to Deliver, 1 count of Trafficking for Sexual Servitude and 1 count of Evading Arrest. Burns is being held in the Henry County Jail on $200,000 bond. He has also violated his parole on three counts of Attempted Murder.
Burns’ girlfriend, Lindsey Marie Tutor, 26, 367 Brittney Lane, Lexington, TN was his co-conspirator. She was charged with 6 counts of Statutory Rape, 6 counts of Rape and 4 counts of Aggravated Rape. Tutor was booked into the Carroll County Jail on $150,000 bond. Both are expected to appear in Carroll County Circuit Court on Jan 12, 2009
